stitch 'n bitch

Yesterday I went to a garage sale and stumbled upon the most amazing thing ever! 7 bright yellow binders caught my eye from afar. I was blown away with what I saw inside of them. 14 vintage magazines (in mint condition!) fill each binder. They feature tons and tons of lessons for sewing, knitting and crochet and each lesson is illustrated so you can clearly see what you are supposed to do. Binder 1 starts with beginner projects (they show you the knitting/sewing/crocheting basics) and the series advances to more complex projects. The old lady who sold them to me was very kind and sold the set for $7. I could have uploaded well over 100 photographs but I restrained myself. I absolutely love the style of clothing in the magazines. All the garments look so sharp! I can't wait to start making things for myself. Anyways, here are just a few of the amazing projects inside.
